I had a wonderful time here and would recommend to anyone staying in Split.

Beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, great shower, and nice additional touches like the breakfast items in the pantry. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location. I loved it here!

Would stay here again

Fantastic place to stay. So convenient to walk into the old town yet quiet and pretty. We had three rooms, a standard double, the one bedroom apartment with balcony and the studio. All three were very clean and well equipped and furnished with lots of little details that made our stay very comfortable. The bathrooms were excellent, spacious and with good showers and the beds were very comfortable. Antonia was helpful and welcoming and we loved the courtyard. Overall it felt like we were staying at a friend's lovely house rather than just another hotel.

Host was very hospitable and picked us up from the airport ($)

Location was right in old town.

Would have been nice for the ac to be turned on prior to arrival, it was very hot while we were there. Too many locked doors to have to get through. If we would have had to exit quickly, we may not have made it since you had to use a key to exit as well.

So much to like! The host Antonia is incredibly helpful and friendly. Very comfortable and clean rooms. We absolutely loved having breakfast in the courtyard every morning! Will be returning here if we return to Split one day :)

Convenient, quiet comfortable place to stay with a superb manager!

What makes this lovely place more wonderful is the manager, Atonija, who is there every day. She is half Australian, half Croatian and has Aussie humor. She describes herself as loving to talk 24/7--yes, she is definitely a people person and interested in others. She gives this place life, personality, and makes it such a comfortable place to stay. We stayed in the larger ground floor bedroom and really loved our stay here. Excellent strong AC, extremely clean, spacious bathroom, great shower, comfortable bed. The room is partially built into the hill so it doesn't get much natural light, but stays naturally cool. We ate breakfast every day in the inner courtyard that had tables, chairs and generally a breeze. A big plus is access to a washing machine. Each room has a small refrigerator, a French press and coffee, dishes and silverware, a tray and cutting board. There are additional units on the 3 floors above us that get good light but are also up stairs. The other room on the ground floor was much smaller than ours, also less money.

The wifi, but it couldn't be helped. It isn't good anywhere in the old city.

Amazing experience! Would stay again.

Amazing location and very spacious location. Our hostess Antonia was friendly and accommodating. The property is a 5 minute walk from all of the major local attractions and pick-up locations for excursions.

Perfect stay in Split

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was quiet in a small street, but not too far from the palace. Antonia, the host, was super nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay at Zephyrus. Our room was on the first floor and near the courtyard, which was nice. We took advantage of the courtyard whenever we could.

The street leading to the hotel is a bit steep. It's no problem for us, but could be a bit challenging for someone less fit. We were glad we packed light. Otherwise, it would not be fun to drag the heavy luggage on the steep street.

Loved everything about it and will recommend to friends

Fantastic location. Close to the Diocletian and everything else really. Great restaurants around the corner. Antonia was great to communicate with prior to coming to Split, and very helpful when we were there.

The room was a little bright for sleeping. It could have been nice to be able to block out the light from outside and also the tv light is very bright (nothing a well placed scarf couldn’t fix though)

it was a very comfortable apartment and close enough to be a very easy walk to the Palace and the water. I loved the view over the rooftops to the water from the balcony - we were in the one bedroom apartment - unit 5.

I didn’t mind the stairs but if mobility is an issue for you then this property would not be right for you.

perfect stay

we found a virtual oasis behind the door everything is so lovely here we had ground floor & just loved the peaceful & quiet courtyard our room was big with lovely touches, best bed & the pillows dreamy, great shower, fridge with plenty of water,milk, juice, yogurts, utensil, plates etc Laundry was so handy too but the best part as others have said was Antonija was so good to share coffee & have some female company & laughs with both her & Marta close to absolutely everything in Split & so relaxing we didn’t want to leave
